The Center develops research in order to help judges deal with the challenges of constitutional adjudication, such as limitations of freedom, retrogressive measures affecting social, economic and cultural rights, or discriminatory rules. Likewise, the academic work explores new and pressing problems of constitutional theory from innovative perspectives.
