Sebastián holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Caldas in Colombia. He has been parliamentary advisor, Lecturer at the Del Rosario University in Colombia, and a consultant for various organizations related to the defense and promotion of human rights.
Areas of interest: constitutional law, legal theory, economic, social and cultural rights, and judicial enforcement strategies.
* Visiting Researcher is a person who is conducting a research stay at the Center for Constitutional Studies, as established in the Article Three, sections IV and VIII of its organization and operation rules (AGA No. III / 2019).
