Is an academic researcher and lawyer working in the field of children's rights. Her research interests include the topics of child and youth participation, children and family law, and developments in international children's rights and the CRC.

Currently, Daniella Zlotnik Raz is PhD. Candidate at the University of Haifa, Israel. Her research topic concerns youth political rights and political participation from a children's rights perspective. She also holds an advanced master's degree in International Children's Rights (LL.M.) from Leiden University, the Netherlands, and a bachelor's in Law and General and Comparative Literature (LL.B.) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel.

Is also working as a lawyer and heads the legal research and policy field at a children's rights NGO in Israel. As part of her work, she was involved in several research projects and programs relating to children's issues, including - among others - children and family, child participation, early childhood education and care, and child protection.
