Rodrigo holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Guadalajara, a Master's degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Sydney, and a PhD in Law from Macquarie University (Sydney). Full-time Lecturer at ITAM. Coordinator of Constitutional Law II. Member of the SNI: level C. He has published in specialized magazines such as Transnational Legal Theory, Letras Jurídicas y Problema. Rodrigo, Carlos Bernal Pulido and Alejandra Martínez coordinated the book "The Precedent in the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation" (SCJN, 2018 ).
