Ricardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from CIDE. He worked for three years at Justice Arturo Zaldívar's Office. He was private assistant to the Director of the Center and currently works as a researcher at the Center and contributes to the research lines developed by the Center.
Areas of interest: public international law and constitutional law, judicial protection of human rights, discrimination and environmental justice.
