Arnulfo holds a Bachelor's degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and a Master's degree (Legum Magister) from the University of Heidelberg, Germany, where he is currently finishing his PhD studies under the supervision of Lecturer PdD Martin Borowski.
Areas of interest: the theory of fundamental rights, particularly the dogmatics of fundamental rights developed in German jurisprudence and academic literature.
