Ana María Ibarra Olguín


Ana María holds a Doctor of Juridical Science degree and a Master's degree in Law from the University of Virginia, United States, as well as Bachelor's degree in Law from the Center for Economics Research and Teaching (CIDE). For more than eight years, she was a law clerk specializing in human rights at Justice Arturo Zaldívar`s Office. She contributed to the construction of jurisprudential lines on the child's best interest, school bullying, evolution of children's autonomy, the right to identity, the right to damages, the patrimonial responsibility of the State, and the right to free development of personality. Recently, she was appointed Federal Magistrate.

Areas of interest: constitutional law, family law, equality, scientific evidence and theory of law.
