Rodrigo holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Guadalajara, a Master's degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Sydney, and a PhD in Law from Macquarie University (Sydney). Full-time Lecturer at ITAM. Coordinator of Constitutional Law II. Member of the SNI: level C. He has published in specialized magazines such as Transnational Legal Theory, Letras Jurídicas y Problema. Rodrigo, Carlos Bernal Pulido and Alejandra Martínez coordinated the book "The Precedent in the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation" (SCJN, 2018 ).

The Article Three, sections II and VIII of the Center`s rules of organization and operation (AGA No. III / 2019) enables it to establish academic cooperation alliances.
