Diana holds a PhD degree and a Master's degree in Philosophy from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the National University of Colombia.

Areas of interest: problems of rights foundation, conflicts between rights, theories of justice, social rights, rational evaluation and rights.
